Went in to get a coffee, needed to add money to my account. Elisabeth was working the drive thru and didn't hesitate at all to help me with an issue. She was amazing and she definitely cared. Thank you , I hope I spelled your name correctly.
They said they were making chocolate frosted donuts, this is what they gave me today. They are crispy burnt. I would share a photo but they are bad
It’s typical Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts so no issue with the food but the service and atmosphere is needing much improvement. They have young kids that work here with their friends coming in to talk with them and use vulgarity and very loud and not seem to care about their job. A lot of of the school kids come in after school to hang out which is better than the alternative, but there is no management at this location that overseas their people are working and not spending...read full review
