Don’t bother filling out a comment card on their website. The manager will reach out to “make it right”, only to ignore your issue and make excuses for employee mistakes. Foods good though, just visit a different location.
We came into the store with no line. We ordered 2 sub in a tubs, one cold sub and a steak and cheese. All but the steak and cheese were made immediately. That was not the case with the steak and cheese. That was not made until I asked how much longer...read full review

Enfield, CT , gave away over 1000 of my shore points to a fraudulent account. I live in Virginia, this store is in Connecticut. When I called to ask about it, I was told that there’s nothing they can do and it’s my responsibility to take it up with corporate.
@jerseymikes I’m not the one who gave away 1000 points to the wrong person. Why am I now inconvenienced with having to fix this?
