I know this place has a fan club and ppl really love it. I've been there twice now and both times the service was slow at best, mostly due to conversations happening between staff behind the counter or staff with customers they knew. The subs are so so, nothing to write home about, but not extremely bad, just so so.

I usually pick up or have it delivered, but their stores are nice enough for eat-in.
I wish the menu had more choices, but it’s not a full-scale Italian sub shop,
The quality is great, though. Blows Subway away.
The only sandwich chain I like a bit better is D’Angelos. But they’re fewer and farther between.
