Lulu's Pizzeria & Family Restaurant

We moved to Enfield several months ago. We were looking for a good Italian restaurant and finally found Lulu’s! I’m so glad we did!!! I’ve eaten there and as well as take out. Never disappointed. The service is great, and food is EXCELLENT!!! The wings are some of the best I’ve ever had! The pizza is always great!

I went to Lulu's for the first time. I had an unforseen circumstance and ran about 20 minutes late to pick up my pizza. When I walked out the door, I felt that the bottom of the box was wet and cold like it sat in the refrigerator. It evidently was not kept on top of the oven or in a heated foodsafe space, as it was literally chilled. When I talked to the young woman who took my money, she said that I was late (20 minutes, which is clearly not enough time to chill a pizza) and they would not do anything to help me. I explained that I would not be feeding my family an ice cold pizza and would leave a negative review if there was no remedy like warming it for my family. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that they would not do anything for me either. She could not explain why the box was wet or why the pizza felt chilled and had literally no heat. She shrugged when I told her that I would need to leave a negative review. So here I am. On top of this, the pizza was not good at all. I will not be returning. The service was terrible. The pizza wasn't good and they clearly don't care. I would have paid extra to have the pizza reheated, but there was no offer to rectify the situation and reheat the pizza. I take responsibility for being late, but certainly a pizza should be on a warmer and not chilling or have a wet box. A five minute reheat should not have been a big deal. Counter help is reflective of the ownership and management. The woman has long straight brown hair and was in her late teens to twenties. She earned this negative review for this business.

We ordered dinner to pick up from here tonight. My order was $3 more than the menu listed it. And my order was very wrong. I ordered a sandwich with steak, provolone, onions, peppers, mushrooms, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I received an overpriced grinder with steak, provolone, and lettuce. Not great.

Terrible service, waited for drink orders, and had to stand up for the waitress to notice us and to give us a to go box and the check. Been coming here for years, when you have wait staff treat customers like that I have to wonder why you hire staff that would rather spend time talking to her friends at a table in the bar is just rude! Won’t be back.

Good food and service for a reasonable price.

Picked up a Cesar and usually they know to separate everything so this doesn’t happen, but it came together so I paid $23.00 for soggy lettuce 😔 the taste was delicious but it was mush by the time I opened

I love Lulu’s just everything about it. They updated their decor and it looks great. I stop in for a late lunch at least every two weeks. I love their pizza with everything on it this one is my favorite it’s delicious the crust is so light just perfect. I also love their Lamb Gyro everything about it is delicious. I love the Greek salad before your Gyro comes the feta cheese and dressing make it so delicious. They also make the best meatball garden salad with sauce on the side excellent if you’re watching your weight. Their lasagna is wonderful I loved all of it. The staff are just amazing very attentive and happy making it a really enjoyable place to have a meal. I’m not a big sweet person but they make an amazing cheese cake that I have never had anywhere else it’s light and great. It’s the best place to dine in the area and worth every penny.

I really enjoyed my visit to this spot; it has a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for a casual family meal. First time there and definitely going back the cook is AMAZING the Pasta is super duper good lord and that steak OUTRAGES... the waiter was AWESOME and the atmosphere BEAUTIFUL 😍
