It's a drive-thru. Not rocket science. If the person had an issue with their order, just have them pull to an empty parking spot and bring them their food. Don't hold the line up for 10 minutes trying to figure it out. Think smarter not harder. Oh yeah, and it's a McDonald's. It hasn't changed in 20 years. The ice cream machine was broken too. Shocker.

Would not bother to write a review for a fastfood chain, but exceptionally horrible experience at this location. Stopped to pick up a quick bite on a road trip and got stuck just shy of 30 minutes. After initiallty sitting at the drive thru callbox unanswered for several minutes, we went in and had deep life regrets. It was not busy. We were initially the only people there and these two knuckleheads moved slow as tar. I still do not understand what they were doing, but the monitors indicated there were no mobile orders and we saw no other food going out. After the absurdly long wait, they forgot to hand us drink cups and the did not have the self-service stocked with lids. It was truly bizzare.

This is the WORST McDonald's location I've ever been to. They have no speaker box for ordering. They have 3 windows (the first 2 are almost always unstaffed). So you have to order from the window where you pay. Then they immediately have you park your car so they can bring out your food sometime. They are chronically understaffed, presumably so the franchisee can save money.This morning, at 8:00am. I pulled up to the window where you pay/order at the same time. I waited for 2 full minutes and nobody came to the window. There is no way to alert anyone that you are there. How this franchisee is allowed to operate this way is beyond me.

Got to be the slowest McDonalds ever. Could've ran the Boston Marathon faster than waiting in the drive-thru with a total of three cars ahead for 25 minutes just to receive cold fries, cold nuggets, and a sloppy McDouble. If you are in the area drive not even 3 minutes to Hazard Ave or even Elm St they both have a regular drive thru that doesn't take abnormally long.

I had 2 pre-teen boys order double quarter pounders and then we got a bunch of nuggets.Nuggets were dry and hard the BURGERS WERE NOT COOKED see pictures they were raw. This was so unsafe to serve and

I will never go back to this mcdonalds. We just picked up meals for 7 people. 3 double quarter pounders that were barely cooked, like beyond food safety not cooked. The nugget for the others were rocks. Ordered sauce for the nuggets, none in the bags.
