Would not bother to write a review for a fastfood chain, but exceptionally horrible experience at this location. Stopped to pick up a quick bite on a road trip and got stuck just shy of 30 minutes. After initiallty sitting at the drive thru callbox unanswered for several minutes, we went in and had deep life regrets. It was not busy. I ordered a fish sandwich and a milkshake! The milkshake was very good service was good . The bun was tough to bite into! The fish was fine could have had a little more tartar sauce.. The tough bun made the lunch a disappointment! Not sure I would order a fish sandwich again! The milkshake and fish sandwich are the only things I usually order.

It's a drive-thru. Not rocket science. If the person had an issue with their order, just have them pull to an empty parking spot and bring them their food. Don't hold the line up for 10 minutes trying to figure it out. Think smarter not harder. Oh yeah, and it's a McDonald's. It hasn't changed in 20 years. The ice cream machine was broken too. Shocker.
