Silvia's is a hidden gem and I am so glad that we found it! We walked in on a Saturday night around 7pm and were a little concerned that there were no customers in the restaurant. We were seated and given the specials and recommendations. Those concerns started to disappear when the home made bread came out, still warm and tasted so go. The owner Silvia and her staff are warm and inviting, along with the atmosphere, and the food was how real food should taste, made from scratch and delicious. The goulash special was absolutely delicious as was the stuffed cabbage and kielbasa appetizer, and salad. Old world hospitality is what you'll get at Silvia's, and take an order of pierogies home for a midnight snack!
