Just received n $87.00 order from Andros, via Ubereats. Andros again, did not follow my pleading requests. My large orange juice was missing. My hollandaise was on the meal, making it soggy and not tasty, I had requested it be on the side. This is not the first time. I keep trying to support our local diner but I am sorry to write, never again. Terrible customer service extremely rude and unprofessional MANAGEMENT at that smh
They ignore you when you sit down. You have to beg to get a waitress. Then it takes over an hour to bring your meal. They blast rap music so loud you can't hear yourself. They ask you every two minutes if you're done eating. They stare at you the whole time.
