The only reason why I give it four stars is because it’s highway robbery to charge that much money for flavored cream cheese if the bagel is only $1.50. Bagels are really great, but that’s very disappointing that my egg bagel with scallion cream cheese cost me five dollars.🥴 and they didn’t even put enough cream cheese

Got here on a Saturday at 230p and the door was locked. Says open till 3pm and there were people inside

I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a hard roll. Within about 45 seconds my order comes out… when I open it up, it’s one small piece of cheese (unmelted/still cold) and an over-cooked egg on an untoasted roll. Uhhhh… what did I just pay $4.25 for? Why is the default not a hot sandwich? Did I have to specify that? If so, they didn’t ask. My 7 year old would do a better job. And I know this place is usually extremely busy so I wouldn’t be so critical if that were the case today, but come on… TAKE 2 MINUTES TO TOAST IT, MELT THE CHEESE, AND ATTEMPT A FRESHLY COOKED EGG, not some old flattened egg that you pre-cooked this morning and have stacked up in the back. And once you learn how to do it right, raise your price and include more than one piece of cheese!! It’s impossible to find a decent egg sandwich anymore!! Super disappointing. I come here a lot, but will not be going back.

The taste is amazing but they can not construct a sandwich to save their lives. Half the time it feels like im eating a ball of sauce meat and bagel and i need to take a shower to clean off all the way.

Server they don’t wear hairnet… customer complained about having hair in their sandwich it just nothing happened…

Bagels are stale and the staff are rude. They wear one glove and claim they never touch the food with the ungloved hand. But they do. I am a nurse and I asked about it and she told me I didn't have to come here if I didn't like to. Yikes!

I was visiting family in CT and we decided to have Mother’s Day lunch there before heading back home to Maine. But unfortunately my experience there was horrible today. Stuff very rude. Instead of taking our orders employee took a personal call and went out side to talk in the phone and left us standing there. When she came back she took our orders and it was not right and when we asked about it they rolled their eyes to us. We took our food to eat outside in the outdoor tables when we were done I proceeded to placed the trash in the trash bin located inside of the shop. A very rude employee pushed out my hand and said to me sorry honey we are closed and you have to deal with your own trash so do not placed here and closed the door at my face. It was only 1:30 pm. ( I know store closes at 3pm but it was mother day so we thought that was the reason closing earlier but not reason to act like that ) Very unprofessional. I haven’t given her permission to called me honey or to be treated like this. Staff need to be trained better on customer service. Very disappointing experience. I hope management would take care of this.

Unfortunately this shop has gone down hill the last couple years. Long time customer - and the last couple times I got day old/2day old bagels. Today I brought the bagels for a Mother’s Day brunch and most of the bagels were stale.
