Although the food and bagels is amazing. The staff shouldn't steal from the guests. First time was a cash error. The second time today they added a tip on the charge after I left cash. It was only a dollar but how many time a day does this happen. Won't see you next

This was my favorite bagel place back in the day but it's really not good any more...The good:-The person that worked there seemed niceThe bad:-$13 for 4 bagels and 1/2 lb of cream cheese to go (and the cream cheese wasn't weighed, or filled to the top). I didn't think about it til I left - it seems expensive.-Worst part: bagels were stale! They were tough and hard. It was 11:30am and when I went home to make the bagels they were really hard to cut into and eat... Tasted day-old.-It was also really hot in there, I grabbed the bagels and couldn't breathe while in thereCan't imagine it would be a comfortable place to sit and eat.Anyway won't be back

This is my 2nd time going into the store. The staff is okay. I wouldn't call them friendly or rude just indifferent on both occasions. My review is really for the service and price. I know with inflation everything cost more. I ordered a bialy with 1/4 chicken salad. The items are already overpriced but when being rung I got charged $1 extra. I questioned the cashier who stated this was for cutting and heating the bialy. What!!? It's a ripofff. I'm already overpaying for a single bagel. What's next being charged for eating there. Some of the fees businesses are imposing are nonsensical. Personally, it's my last time giving money to this establishment. The food was just okay. I can get similar foods elsewhere.
