Honestly the most disrespectful worker I’ve ever dealt with In my entire life. The worker did not understand my order and when I told her she was missing 2 cups she got extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me about 10 times and kept groaning. Don’t come to this location if you want your order messed up and given an attitude when you ask for the correct order very politely.

This place has repeatedly been a disappointment. They either don't have the ice cream flavors I want or when I pull up to window they stand there and chat amongst themselves while customers r waiting. I have experienced rude employees and sub par orders. Example I ordered a hot fudge sundae. When I got it it only had the fudge. No nuts no whipped cream no cherry. I'm done with it.

After poor service experienced when ordering a Birthday Cake , I was extremely disturbed snd concerned when serving the cake to guests and finding the blue food coloring staining skin and clothing ! There is a real issue here !

customer service is terrible , girl at the window looked like she was falling asleep and didn’t care about making anything right. She wasn’t nice , her customer service was minimal. Guess They’re just getting paid for their presence.

The attention was terrible, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order to be taken. When they finally take care of me. The man had a terrible attitude, when I asked him to give me a sunday double he got upset. He wanted to put a whole burnt chocolate syrope on it. The store is all dirty. First and last time I come to this store.
