horrible service, all I wanted one scoop of ice cream and was waiting at the register for 20 minutes. There were 2 people working and four people in the whole place. A man came in after me and was served before me. When i came up to the woman scooping ice cream, she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything in return. Horrible atmosphere, horrible experience. Would give zero stars if i could.

customer service is terrible , girl at the window looked like she was falling asleep and didn’t care about making anything right. She wasn’t nice , her customer service was minimal. Guess They’re just getting paid for their presence.

The attention was terrible, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order to be taken. When they finally take care of me. The man had a terrible attitude, when I asked him to give me a sunday double he got upset. He wanted to put a whole burnt chocolate syrope on it. The store is all dirty. First and last time I come to this store.

This place is awful... they continue to get the simplest orders wrong. You order a coffee with cream they'll give it to you black. They've forgotten parts of our order so we finally stuck to just the ice cream.. we got two cups of ice cream different flavors. We brought them home and both had long hair completely inside the scoops. Absolutely disgusting.

The snow tastes very good, unfortunately I bought a cake for Father's Day with snow but it was very little snow and less cake, too much bitumen

America may "run on Dunkin'", but after eating some of the ice cream from the Baskin and Robbins located in the filthy store, I am now "running on Baskin", because both my mother and I are now running to the bathroom with the runs! What began as enjoying some ice cream on a Thursday night left my mother deprived of sleep, racing to the bathroom. The disastrous so-called "dairy treats" have now caught up to me too, as I am currently spending my Friday curled up in pain, anxiously awaiting my next visit to the toilet. We will never being eating here again, and advise you do not either. Here's a few warning signs, if the fact that we've contracted food poisoning hasn't scared you enough: 1) As stated, the establishment has become run-down. It is combined with the Dunkin, which features donuts with swarming flies. 2) When coming in on earlier occasions, the freezers for the ice cream have broken. After last night, we've clearly figured out that they let the ice cream melt and refreeze, which spoils the dairy and LEAVES YOU WITH FOOD POISONING. 3) Last night, there was a new "no-dairy" option being featured, and the "fudge swirls" were melted and shiny on top, showing that the flavor was not properly frozen. Like many others, I'm wishing for an option to give zero stars right now, for there is no reason this establishment even deserves one. Bye bye, Baskin and Robbins, thank you for food poisoning!
