Our server was inattentive, and rude when asked for recommendations. She was unfriendly and not helpful. She didn't come back to ask if we needed anything or how our food was. We would have ordered a second drink, but she never returned. I had to ask the bartender for our check because she never came back. It was not crowded, there was no need for her negligence. She was at the bar on her phone talking to other patrons. It was rude and my family will not be returning because of this poor service. It's a shame because it was our 3rd time here and we did like the food, but because of this service and rudeness, we won't be back.
Always a pleasure to dine at Boca. There was a very large party but it did not affect the quality of the food or the friendly service.
This restaurant is always a lovely experience, very friendly and quick service, and quality food. The ambience is especially lovely when able to sit out on the patio overlooking the golf course when the weather is clement
Food was mediocre at best. I had the swordfish overcooked and dried out, the asparagus were so hard I had to ask for a steak knife to cut them. The tuna in the poke bowl was very fishy and not edible. The octopus appetizer was very fishy as well. Over all the food was not good and needless to say we won't be returning here. Stay clear
Food is very good, service is very good, lots of tasty menu choices... my only complaint is the noise level in the room. We could barely hear each other's dinner conversation. It won't stop us from going back but I would definitely consider this before making a reservation.
Service was great! Acoustics make for a noisy experience but my guests are regulars. Prime rib night and an organized social gathering was the attraction. Plan for more consistent attendance.
I have eaten here several times and it's consistently delicious. Service was great and we got to sit by the fireplace on this chilly night. We started with the nachos which are loaded with beans, cheese, olives and jalapeño. They serve the sour cream and salsa on the side so you can add as you like. Each of us loved our main courses: chicken Milanese stack, broccoli cheddar soup and roasted beet salad. Our server was so sweet and didn't rush us at all.
I absolutely love coming here and find myself returning again and again! The menu offers a fantastic variety, and every dish I’ve tried has been amazing. My personal favorite is the chicken BLTA—it’s always delicious and perfectly prepared. The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is so welcoming.
I’m especially impressed with the festive decorations during the holidays, which add a special touch to the dining experience. They also host fun activities from time to time, making it even more enjoyable to visit. This place truly feels like a hidden gem. It’s perfect for a quiet dinner with friends, and I always leave looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been to this restaurant at least 6 times and was excited to go here on Sunday after winning rocks paper scissors with my son (who wanted Flipside). While we were seated promptly and drinks and our appetizer came on time and were fine, one big event — my younger son’s steak sandwich coming 15 minutes late (I timed it) — ruined my experience.
We got barely a whisper of an apology as we all tried we waited for his food (and kept getting told it was coming soon). There was NO offer to get us extra drinks or something like fries for my poor kid. Our family tries to wait for everyone to receive their food before digging in. I try hard to set an example for my kids. But eventually we got so hungry and tired of waiting that we ate (but it was hard to enjoy my dinner because I was thinking about him). That’s when I discovered the chicken add on to my salad was dry and rubbery — and not really something I wanted to eat. I mentioned this to the waitress, there was no “can I get you something else?” she just kind of mumbled “sorry.”
For the cost of the food and ambiance, I expected a more elevated experience. But I found myself wishing we had just gone to Little Pub instead.
I left the restaurant feeling disappointed my son didn’t win rock paper scissors (which is why we went here — it was my choice). They did take my salad off the bills and comp our nonalcoholic beverages. That was nice. Also, the fries I snagged from my older kid’s plate (since I was starving were good, hence the 3 stars. But this place is no longer on my short list of local favorites.

First visit to this restaurant tucked away in a semi rural golf course. The dining room is cavernous, incorporating a sizeable bar. It was fairly quiet on a Sunday evening. The food we ate, chicken for one, halibut for the other, was excellent and prepared with some originality. The servings were gigantic, verging on the obscenely so. But that was a small price to pay for a quality experience. Oh, and the prices were remarkably fair for Fairfield county.

It is so loud you can barely hear yourself think. Too bad because the food is great.

I do wish outdoor seating was an option on OpenTable. I booked a reservation but there was no option to specify outdoor seating and it was full when we arrived. Everything else, especially the food, was fantastic.
Today I went to Boca for the first time very nice setting, when being seated I notice about (5) other groups of two people seated about 10 mins after I’ve been seated. At one point after a waitress went over to each table and not once came over to my table twice walking by, taken the other orders from tables that showed up way after I did, I then flagged down a women that was standing around watching she then let someone know I wasn’t being helped after two people let her know they wasn’t sure who was going to handle are table, so for the 4 stars it’s for that reason it was a little awkward but I wanted to give it the benefit on the doubt, food was really well prepared. And I do thank the waiter that did take are order he was a nice gentleman. Just keep in mind some people are new to places and some returning your first impression maybe your last.
