A simple spot, likely a family-owned business. I loved their healthy food selections and coffee options. Tried the mushroom coffee—it was quite nice. I’ll definitely stop by again to try some food next time. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the menu in detail.

First timer. The food and smoothie were delicious. Been forever since having a smoothie after years of living dairy-free. So this was a blessing to be able to enjoy! The toast (pizza & avocado) were so flavorful, and I enjoyed each and every bite. Toast doesn’t always leave me feeling full, but these did and I couldn’t be happier. Most of all, the experience was lovely. Very welcoming workers, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will recommend to anyone in the area to come enjoy !

Being on a plant based, whole foods, oil free diet is one of the biggest challenges ever. Finding a restaurant that accommodates my food choices is next to impossible, or at least WAS next to impossible… Catch A Healthy Habit Cafe goes above and beyond heart and lifestyle/healthy food choices because there are so many different selections, and each is equally delicious. I wouldn’t recommend just one dish or two, because I am betting that I would love every single one! Although it’s a little trek from my Bethel, Connecticut home, I cannot wait to go back! THANK YOU to the owners and staff for such a wonderful culinary experience. It could not possibly have been more delightful!

This hidden gem was full of delicious vegan options! We had the cacao crepes and the buckwheat waffles. They were amazing. The service and ambiance were awesome. They even gave us some samples of a green smoothie they serve that was delicious. Would definitely stop by if in Fairfield again!

Absolutely the best stop on my trip!!! I set a pin for the way back but closed on Sundays, I'm from Boston so was looking forward to this. So worth the stop or the short detour if your passing through!! There is also a small park across the street for you to take your dog.

My love and I recently had two wonderful experiences, at Catch a Healthy Habit! We were visiting Fairfield, CT from NYC, and stumbled on a new and true jewel. ? We found the environment to be both welcoming and relaxing — the first day, due to good, sunny weather, we even got to sit outside. Also, the first day we met and were served by Lisa — who was so lovely; her warm smile and gentle hospitality quickly put us at ease. The next day we were served by a nice young man, but I didn’t get his name.Alright — the food! Let’s talk food. : ) The first day, I ordered ”the bagel” (everything is vegan on their menu), made with cashew cream cheese…and it was heaven on a plate! It was quite filling, too. I also ordered the Peruvian Passion smoothie, which was incredible. I wanted two of them, but didn’t have any more room in my belly for another one. LOL So, the second day I ordered the bagel all over again, which was totally worth it, and opted for a warm matcha latte (with spirulina), drink instead. It was also incredible - and if you’re a matcha fan, like I am - then I’d highly recommend it. Also, on a somewhat random note, I loved the clean products that they chose for their bathroom and really enjoyed washing my hands in it. : ) If you’re ever in Fairfield, def go check this place out! Whether you’re vegan or not, it’s certainly worth a visit - or two! : ) PS I also got the tumeric fudge (brownie?), to go - the second time around, which was also so yummy.
Vegetarian options: Everything there is vegan, so it’s also vegetarian! : )
