I got my cake and pretty much entire desserts table for my engagement party last weekend and the staff was extremely helpful. The cake and different pastries were delightful and super cute! All of my guests said they loved everything about it. Overall, I am extremely happy with customer service and taste of everythinf!

Ordered 2 -8” round Trece leches cakes for my wife’s 50th birthday very disappointing Was not what we ordered we’re totally dry Cakes were just regular but I would not advertise Trece leches on the menu if they don’t know how to make them Thank you

I have been going to this place for a little while, since I was younger. The food is amazing but the service is horrible. I called 5 times for nobody to answer and then got there to order my food and they said the wait time is so long that I’m gonna have to wait a while for 2 sandwiches (it was not packed at all in there there was 2 other people in there) I ended up leaving bc I really could not wait. This could of been resolved if someone answered the phone.

Today was the last straw. I've tried several times and NOT ONCE have they gotten my sandwich right!It's so annoying!!!!I make sure to be clear because the girl who takes the orders doesn't understand English that well.I go here bc it's quick and on my way to where I need to go, but I'm officially done now.Today I ordered a roast beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato onion and hot peppers on a hard roll with mayo.No onions. No hot peppers. No mayo.SmhWrong. Every. Time.

Was here on Sunday around 12 and asked for a turkey egg and cheese, the lady gave me a sandwich with the letter EC ( EGG AND CHEESE) I told her I wanted turkey in it, and she said it has turkey I told her it clearly says it doesn't, she took it back and gave me an attitude and 10 min later she gave me a different sandwich, after I got home I realized that both sandwichs don't have turkey
