The customer service here is always great. The food is always nice and hot. Except for today when I arrived at curbside and everyone else who arrived after me got their food first… I was waiting for 35 minutes… when typically it’s 5-10 min… based off the app, it says 5-10min. I had such a great experience at the Fairfield Chick-fil-A thanks to Timothy and Brianna! There was a little inconvenience with me and my fiancé’s free meal card, but they went above and beyond to make sure it worked. Timothy even covered the taxes out of his own pocket to make sure everything was taken care of, which really shows how much he cares about the customers. If I ever eat fast food, this is the only place I go. Their grilled chicken sandwich is law in calories and tasty for fast food, place is nice always clean, large dining area and large bathroom space. Stuff are very accommodating.
