I go to this Chick Fil - A often and they are always on top of it whether it be the food, service or atmosphere. I was mistakenly given the wrong thing once in all the times I’ve went and the manager personally called me to apologize and replace my order. Would recommend this location any day!
Usually I'd give a 5 but tonight I paid extra for kale crunch with my meal and took it to go. When I got home there was no crunch for my kale. I no mistakes happen but with items people spend extra on you hope that you get the whole product. I drive from stratford to come here so it's a little upsetting. Other then that my kids love chic fila and have no complaints about the food nor the reception I receive from employees. Just be for attentive.
Food was good. Went to do drive side pick up. They dropped the food off and I asked for chic fil a sauce. The kid said he didn't have it and didn't offer or try to make an effort to get any. I had to go inside (not a big deal) but the hospitality and service could be more considerate.
