We visited the Fairfield, CT location today and were SUPER impressed with the staff and the cookies.  There is no doubt, Chip City is hands down BETTER than Crumbl cookie!!  This place is a great combination of friendly and helpful staff and outrageously excellent cookies. The staff was super patient and very helpful in explaining ALL of the options you offer. The store itself was really clean and was decorated in a very fun and tasteful manner.

My wife surprised me by celebrating my 23 year of sobriety and fight from drugs an addiction to be honest I really never ever thought I would get or make it this far but! She just kept telling me and praying for me and showed me that I am worth it and I just couldn’t give up on myself and her and for the few people who showed up I thank you from the very bottom of my heart and soul you really made my day and made me feel so much proud and blessed to have you as family members...

Every time I go it’s a great experience! The staff are always pleasant and smiling. They greet you every time! As soon as you come through the door and thus far Chip City has amazing cookies. I’ve tasted so many. I go back at least every other week to see what cookies they have❤️❤️❤️
