They have the worst service ever. There are two females there with clear glasses they always has an attitude if you don’t want to work stay home or find a new job kindness is literally free it’s not hard to greet costumers with a smile and to be well mannered. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!

I placed an order at 5:06 with a scheduled pickup time of 5:20. It is now 5:45, and I am still waiting for my order. To add to the frustration, the employee asked me what sides I needed instead of locating the order I had already placed, and my tortilla on the side was completely missed. My bowl looks unpleasant. This was a very disappointing experience, and it defeats the purpose of ordering online if the process is going to be this disorganized.

This place is so dirty! I don’t know how people are still eating from here! I asked one of the employees why it’s so dirty he said “it’s not dirty there’s just food spillage” They leave it like that until the end of day I guess. This is an example of be careful where you order online because i won’t choose this location for any online orders. I walked right out!

Tiny portions…… the boy started by stuffing his dirty disgusting gloved hand, which had been all over the facility, into my taco. That was how he wanted to put the rice in and I said you need to throw that away that’s disgusting. Don’t go here.

This Chipotle is always slammed and always so understaffed. The employees are always busting their ass to handle the line and the incessant online orders. Is it individual greed of this owner and management team or is it is corporate greed. Either way that is the issue with this store not any of the employees hire more bodies you can clearly afford it because this location is always slammed.

The place is always filthy. Will never come here again. Place was empty and the workers were just standing around doing nothing. All tables were dirty, counter was dirty check out counter was dirty, floor was dirty. Second review in three months and still filthy as our first time.

Out of small cups and if you order a kids meal they insist you pay for the upgrade to a medium drink.

All fountain soda out but still selling cups (???) to anyone who orders and failing to mention that little fact. Then get really annoyed when you ask for a refund.

Chips were stale.

Staff could not have been any less interested in helping.

Definitely go elsewhere.

I have been going to this place for years now but the new cashier has an attitude. I requested hot sauce on the side instead of directly on my veggie bowl since my daughter does not like it but I do. Cashier told me that a 'new corporate policy' now requires customers to be charged for 'any' side. I re-confirmed with her since it does not make a difference - whether putting a serving of hot sauce on the bowl vs giving it separately. It's not like I was asking for a full side or Queso or Salsa for free, but she reiterated her imaginary corporate policy and removed it from my bag. I have no complaints about the location or cleanliness but upset with such treatment. I suppose, common courtesy goes out the window if the cashier isn't having a good day! 🤷‍♂️
