To say the customer service at this place is atrocious, I mean I simply wouldn’t be doing it justice. The waiting employee was impossible to get a hold of, she’d be two feet away and we’d be calling them over to ask for something and they’d just walk away. We ordered a side of home fries, and she brought us hash browns - and we already knew she was going to do this because she quite literally walked off halfway into attempting to tell her what we wanted. We gave up and just ate the hash browns because it was pointless to even try to get a hold of her again. We had to beg employees to come and refill the coffee or get a to go container. The cherry on top was that their payment machine was broken - and we had to add an extra 45 minutes to our day at the restaurant, commute out of our way to the bank to get cash and come back to pay. First and very much the last time we come here - you’re better off eating a cheap meal at the Duchess next door and I guarantee you they will provide significantly better customer service.

Came here at the recommendation of an acquaintance. Great food, very attentive waitress, cute ambience. Our waitress was really nice and took the experience from good to great! I don't come to CT often but when I do, I'll make sure to come back.

Way, way, WAY overpriced. Over $16 for a panini? $21 for a plain spinach salad with a piece of chicken? Would never return and would definitely not recommend this rip off diner. So many other reasonable options in the area.
The spoons arrived for the coffee/tea. Breakfast with my husband. The spoons were nested and dirty between. No big shakes. That can happen My tea and solo pancake arrive. The tea cup came out with some food item baked hard on it. I look at the pancake plate. Also has old food baked hard on it. Stomach rolled. Time to go and never to return.
