Went to get ice cream with the family. Most of the ice cream was melted. Like there freezers weren’t fully working to keep the ice cream frozen. Bathroom had a water leak or some plumbing issues. And we couldn’t sit inside cause it seems like current staff family members were there hanging out. And that wasn’t just one time. Anyway I won’t b going back.

The worker that you have are lazy and have bad attitude. I ask nicely to make the ice cream from the back and she asked me if you're allergic to peanut why you eat ice cream? I told her I always ask to make it from the back. She when to the back to make it she took so long and After I paid for the ice cream I decided not to eat it just in case I didn't trusted her after that bad attitude. If I was able to put negative stars in will pick that.

Order a cake in advance as required, go to pick up cake at set time. Sat 12pm. And the place is closed. No signs, no lights, closed. Now the boy get a generic cake from carvel for his 10th bday because there no more time. Thanks for nothing coldstone of fairfield. Do better!
