Very nice staff... Shop was very clean. The staff welcomed our family as soon as we walked in the door. Icecream is pricey, but kids enjoyed every flavor?.

Icecream is delicious and great as expected. Service is crazy slow, bunch of kids working the counter, your best bet is to sit outside if your not taking it to go. If you order delivery beware, bc they are crazy slow, your order will arrive 1+ hour later even if it says 30 min and it will be melted. Just go pick it up.

Portion sizes are small and inconsistent. Got two of the same sizes, mine didn't even rise from the lid of the cup but my husband had a little dome on his. Tasted good but the portion size was not worth it ( since I doubt I got the correct portion). In comparison to other cold stones I've been to, they are very stingy

The service here is unbelievable. I've placed an online mobile order and never received a confirmation email or anything. Do they couldn't find my order but luckily when I pulled up my bank statement that states time and place of where money was taking out. They still choice to do nothing. I ask to speak to a manger and was told there was no manage at site. At this point I'm furious because like what?! So I'm like fine I'll pay again and the have customer service reimburse me. Instead of trying to get me out there establishment they make me stand back in line. I wouldn't waste my time here. It's not worth the bull!

Terrible experience. This location would not accept the free ice cream certificate the company had mailed to me for my birthday, and did not provide any valid reasoning. Bad business practice. Will not be going here again. Would have made this a 0 star review if possible.
5 stars because of the lovely woman (Monica) helping me today, she was so sweet and kind!! She offered to write on the cake and it could not have come out cuter!

Was alright. Nothing I would run back to. We were the only 2 customers in the store but it seemed kinda messy. A bit disorganized. Had a large selection of flavors and toppings. Ice cream was good.

The ice cream is good, but incredibly expensive. Bought an ice cream cake, the smaller 6" round cake, it was $37. Unbelievable. Will not be back. Second star because while the prices are absurd, the ice cream is decent.

The staff was constantly on the phone call and ignored me while I was there waiting for her long conversation for over 10 mins, even though I made the online order 30 mins ago and was promised a pick up time, nothing was prepared. She didn’t even check the online order but her phone calls. Wound never ever come back again.
