Food was just OK. Had the burger, decent. Onion rings were cold. Kids chicken strips were mostly breading.Hadn't been here for a while, likely won't be back.

Stopped by tonight (3/1). Lights out, no sign. Hoping they are still in business. Website indicates they were open. No clue what is going on.

Love this spot! We stopped in with the family and some friends the other evening for dinner. We had a mix of appetizers, entrees and desserts. The pretzels were a great way to kick off the meal, with tasty molten cheese and mustard sides. The Craft 260 burger is great, and has a layer of pork belly on there. The pork can be a little on the thick side but it's still delicious. For dessert we had the strawberry shortcake. It was good, though it could have used a little more cream. The pepper on it created a deeper layer of flavor. The staff was very patient and accommodating - and that is super appreciated. Just very nice and authentic people running the spot. I'm definitely coming back!

Craft 260 is a craft beer bar and bistro that opened in Fairfield, Connecticut in February 2014. It was founded by business partners Tomer Raviv, Kosta Proskinitopoulos, and chef Vincent Mascaro. Proskinitopoulos met the other two partners when he was a frequent customer at another eatery that they both worked at. Mascaro had made a name for himself working as a chef at another Fairfield restaurant: Tomato & Basil Café & Pizzeria. The trio wanted to open their own eatery which offered an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness in addition to excellent food and drink. The menu features American-style gourmet comfort food with an international flair (the partners are Israeli, Greek and Italian respectively). The menu also features an excellent rotating selection of craft beer on draught as well as wines and spirits. I first visited Craft 260 back when they opened in 2014 and they made a huge impression on me. I recently brought my family along for their first visit. For appetizers, we shared the "Maple Pork Belly" (roasted thick cut bacon & maple syrup) and the "Beer Brussels" (brussel sprouts, flash fried, roasted garlic, goat cheese, bourbon ketchup). I originally tried these during my first visit to Craft 260 and fell in love with them. That first visit was also the first time I had ever eaten brussel sprouts (one of Craft 260's most popular dishes) and I've been a fan ever since. To drink, my wife had the "Mean Green Grinchmas Margarita" (midori, triple sec, tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, volcanic salted rim) while I had a beer flight featuring a Czech Pale Lager, a Witbier, and two New England IPAs. For entrees, my older son had the "Chicken Tenders" (with fries) off of the Kids Menu, my wife had the "Baked Mac & Cheese" (gemelli pasta, gouda, Vermont cheddar sauce and buttered crumbs), and I had the "Bacoratta Burger" (bacon onion jam, burrata, arugula, on brioche bun served with a side of onion rings). The entire meal was fantastic; truly memorable! We look forward to eating at Craft 260 again and again!

We had dinner here on a weeknight and were able to walk in without a reservation. Everyone enjoyed their dinners and we had plenty of options to choose from. The parking lot can be tricky, as a heads up!

From start to finish this was not just dinner. It was an experience of all your senses. Relaxing music in the background. Food and drinks created like artwork. Food hit all of the taste buds. The decor was trendy. This place is perfect for a date night or a large party. They make the accommodations. All of the food and drinks were freshly made. I will say they had the best New England Clam Chowder EVER! EVER!!!!! I fully recommend their vast selection of craft beers and specialty drinks. My compliments to the Chefs and all of the Staff! 5 stars! We will be back! This is definitely a hidden gem within Connecticut. When you visit…..ask for Franklin as your Waiter.

We held our wedding after party at Craft and it was a great experience. The food was excellent and generous. The atmosphere was just the right vibe to keep our celebration going. Joe M., the manager, was a pleasure to work with in arranging the food and staffing. He was reliable, always responding to my questions and needs. Highly recommend for your wedding after party!
