I do ubereats here. A female was working today and wasn't friendly she also was rude and careless after my husband picked up the order for it to be delivered to customers.The parking lot was filled with kids and parents, we work hard to deliver the orders to customers on a timely manner before your ice cream melts.When we are in a rush it will be helpful to have orders prepared, ready to go! Thank you!

There needs to be more than 2 people working on weekend shifts. The workers looked very stressed and swamped as there was a long line and not enough people to keep up with it while also making the orders and also Uber eats orders.

Before the new owners bought the restaurant, there was no way because there was lots of employees working on a Saturday but now there’s only two employees working on a Saturday night, and their is a long wait

Lazy teens that don’t follow directions. Ordered a custom birthday cake for her 23rd birthday. If you are familiar with the band Blink 182, I wanted to get her a cake with their logo and writing that said “nobody likes you when you’re 23”. These imbeciles completely disregarded my request. They simply wrote happy birthday and put a crude smiley face in the corner. That’s not even their logo. Thank you for being utterly disappointing and ruining a 23rd themed birthday party.

The way they changed the ordering system is terrible. Waited for our ice cream for 40 minutes when the line barely went around the side of the building. The old system was much better, something needs to change!

Dairy Queen has a new system for delivering the ice cream. Now You order and wait for your number to be called. It is a terrible system!! Go elsewhere for your ice cream. Lots of other choices. The wait is insane. There are people everywhere and the preparation of the orders is insanely slow.

Watery shake. Large shake and pup cup $12, somethings wrong? Shake is a 0, service was great fyi. Shakes should be thick and last a while. Long line didn't wanna be a pain I'll try next time and ask for a thick one. Update will happen folks

How do you screw up something as basic as an ice cream Sunday? Go to this DQ and you’ll find out how!Incompetent, really idiotic employees. We got a banana split and they had to remake it twice because they couldn’t figure out how to put 3 scoops of ice cream in a dish and 3 toppings. Not kidding not joking. Am I wrong to think that 6 high school kids standing around doing nothing would try to get it right? Yes.Don’t go- stay away. Seriously it’s a shame this used to be a wonderful place. It’s gone to rot. It was filthy dirty.Like the health department needs to do their jobs.

If I could give this location a zero, I would. Terrible customer service !! Very slow service!! There’s only one person doing orders but they have like 20 employees there! Not to mention the amount of anti blackness at this location. They treat black customers different from others! I was questioned about my ice cream, a receipt was asked for and the workers acted like they did not want to remake my order! However, when a white guy came in to complain about his incorrect order, they allowed him to keep ALL of his blizzards for FREE, no argument, no one asked for his receipt and they remade his order. Whereas with me, a black woman, they threw my incorrect blizzards away and gave me attitude about remaking my order. How rude. The female manager and the black girl with braids did not give good customer service at all. I hope one day someone treat you like how you all treated me!!! Not to mention, this was my first time ordering from this location and my order was wrong. Everyone in line was getting wrong orders! This place is very unorganized. This reviews on here are probably fake bc everyone outside was complaining about their SLOW service and their INCORRECT ORDERS.
