I used to brag and tell everyone how great they are but the cost is insane to drive out for stale donuts if they are even open or have the donuts at all

I love coming here, they have the best donuts and coffee and Tiffany always provides the best service!! 5 stars for donut crazy and Tiffany ❤️

I have to say this is one of the worst establishment I have seen and been to in a while management which i believe her name is tiff from what I heard other employees call her has no professionalism and no work ethics pretty much belittles employees in front of customers I was shocked to see this type of situation happen in front of me all I was there was to pick some stuff up for my co-workers which I will inform to also not continue to come to this establishment also i no longer will be stopping by for anything if the management continues to work there I think that the owner should really fire this woman and pay attention to who he puts on as management because to see a grown woman belittle young employees in front of customers and older coworkers laughing at how they belittle this young worker is wrong in many ways I will be passing the word to all who I know so they stop coming to this establishment

I would recommend going to the Stratford location. This place consistently has poor customer service. Since their opening, one of their staff yelled at me over their misunderstanding, had the door locked during business hours and I had to call to get them to open it, mislabel food incorrectly (which isn't great when someone is allergic to something and you give them the wrong thing), and SOMETIMES, they'll have donuts even though they are a donut shop. When you try to bring things up to the staff, you can tell: they don't care. By far the worst location we've been too because the customer service outweighs their donuts not being too sugary and the location being close.

The donuts tasted like they had been there for 2 or 3 days. I got the cannoli donut, and the cannoli cream was very bland, not sweet at all. My sister got the fruity Pebble cereal donut, and gave it a 1 out of 5

They are always friendly and make sure my egg sandwich is just the way I like it!

Staff was confused and rude. the cashier said she couldn’t hear us but she had AirPods in her ears. We were in the middle of our order (5 items) and she asked us to step aside so could ring up her friend who was in the kitchen.

Went here for the first time today and bought a 1/2 dozen of donuts. The total came to $25… Wow. They’re very pretty but the taste is very lackluster, like the kind of donuts you’d get from Dunkin’. It seems like this place is much more about appearance than taste. The donuts are so sweet they gave me a headache. Absolutely nothing special and definitely not worth the price.I should’ve just went to Dunkin’ lol.

Not so sure if the owner or boss is aware. But his or her employees are leaving the store at 7:20 closing early. Place changed the timing if you guys really be closing that early. I even tried calling and asking and spoke with a girl on March 28th evening shift and she said she will be open. I come at 7:25 just for the door to be locked and the donuts to be taken off the shelf.

Donut crazy consistently has some of the best donuts in the state (all locations), as well as fantastic breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods. Service at this location is very wonky...they will take 5 guests quickly then leave you waiting for a while and it all seems very unorganized. I generally love coffee at donut crazy but this location doesn't do pour overs, so major point loss for that.

Woman who worked there told me it was a new location which I could definitely tell because it is very nice! It was also a delightful surprise to see that they had plenty of donuts left, even at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday!

I got the cannoli donut and cereal donut, it was really good ! The donuts was soft and moist, the cereal one was my favorite nice and crunchy.The employees are also very kind and didn’t rush for me to order ☺️.

Donuts were good, however the service was lackluster. The employee “helping” us pick out our donuts was very rude. We explained it was our first time and didn’t know what we wanted, but the employee couldn’t have cared less, she said “the grills off so no hot food” and didn’t at all care about our inexperience….. also why is a grill off at 3pm on a Saturday?We were given the sense that we wasting her time because we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. I can never return to this location as the service really made us feel unwelcome.

Black Rock Turnpike was missing a good doughnut shop since Donut Inn moved out. Very nice to see that Donut Crazy has filled in that spot! Very friendly staff, and great doughnut selections including both classics, and fancy doughnuts. Also nice to see that they offer breakfast sandwiches too.
