After a horrible experience at the Milford location, I began getting my breakfast from the Fairfield locations. I prefer the Black Rock location, but went to this one because my son and his friends go often. I have not been back to a Duchess since. I placed my order at the drive thru because I was told by their headquarters that the drive thru is processed faster than going into the restaurant. I pulled to the window and sat there for almost 20 minutes. I called a friend on November 6 at 7:32 am just after placing my order and 23 minutes later I was furious and leaving without my food. No one was at the window when I arrived so I sat....I saw a woman talking to people at the counter, but she never came to the window. A man walked past and asked me if I placed my order. I said yes, he nodded and never came back. After 15 minutes or so, I finally got frustrated and tapped on the window with my card. The woman at the register literally shooed me away. She then saunters over to the window scowls at me and says what do you want. I am here by myself. I asked for her manager and she told me she was the manager. I asked for her name she turned her back, finished packing my food and shoved it at me. Who the h*ll was eating that. I again asked her for her name at which point she tells me my order total and puts out her hands for the card. I AGAIN asked for her name. She finally tells me that it is Xierra. I made an extremely rude comment about their lack of customer service and drove off. I ended up getting breakfast from Panera and that has been my replacement for these past couple of weeks. I have no intention of visiting any Duchess again. Clearly their managerial staff are not trained to care about service at all.

Whoopie pie produced with genetic engineering. What a disappointment!! (in addition to the high fat, carbs, and calories) Although not expecting organic products, the labeling makes me wonder about other products not made in house.

I drove to drive thru got to the window girl gave me my sandwich no fries or drink plus they were taking their time I waited for almost have hour and no came up I know they saw me I got tired and left LOUSY SERVICE!!!!! Not going back again this was the second time it happened
