Missed my morning order, and the people there did not care anything. They provide no help and feels nothing wrong until I showed them my order history twice. Worst experience ever! Can’t compare with Chick-fli across the road.

Terrible service. They do not know how to make simple latte. They gave me a cup full of milk. The manager Maryan is dismissive and unhelpful. That is why I stick to Starbucks. Never again.

Customer service is horrible every single time I’ve tried to give them another chance. I ordered avocado toast and asked the girl if she could please give me a bag to put it in. She gave me the rudest most annoyed look, then slowly walked to get me a bag for food that should’ve already been placed in a bag since I ordered through the app to pick up! She then tossed the bag on the counter didn’t even hand it to me.

It's Dunkin food, so you know what you're in for. Store is clean bright and well organized. For some reason they have the rush-rush-rush attitude I'm used to in NYC, even when you're the only one in line. My young kids cant decide what they want, stop yelling at me to order...the next person can go ahead, just give us a minute, haha. Other than that, its lovely
Parking: There are a reasonable amount of spots, but the layout makes it a little annoying to get in and out when its busy, so have your eyes open
When a customer walks in and giving them a blank stare is crazy, No “hi or hello” or just changing the facial expression helps . Then pointing at my bag to say it’s ready. For this to be Fairfield the customer service not there. Starbucks would
