She was looking at the phone and not me when I came. That looses 1 star. After that experience was nice. This is an old fashion Dunkin that is run like a mom and pop shop. It is a throwback to the 1990s, coffee is not fancy but is made fresh. The smell is of donuts and I had to get a plain old fashion donut and it was fresh as well. This is a stop along for me but I would come back

Even with SIX people in line,2 customers,you had to wait! Look at the cameras yourselves! Can you honestly say that is efficiency? Ps.AND THE FOOD CAME BACK COLD.Managbeeds to LIGHT A FIRE,OR FIRE,.6 employees! That could easily be handled by 3 hard workers.
