Had a bad experience at this Dunkin. My bacon, egg and cheese had one slice of bacon in it, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. So I went up to ask to fix it. One of the employees said sure then it was a whole big ruckus about it and when they finished doing it one of the employees said next time I’m gonna have to pay extra. Maybe if they did it right I wouldn’t have to pay extra. The only good thing about the experience was a girl with the red hair. She made my experience very well.

Just did a online order spend like 20 something dollars and they couldn't put sugar in my coffee if it's not one thing it's another SMH can't wait for the one on Tunis hill rd to open

I only order through the Dunkin app, staff seem friendly when I go in but no first hand experience. The food is good so these are why the two stars. The negatives are the drinks been to numerous Dunkins, and never really had bad coffee, this place it’s down the road from me so it’s convenient, the drinks are horrid. No coffee flavor the specialty drinks are never made to the standard of other Dunkins when I order the same drinks. Today was the worse got hazelnut coffee. No coffee flavor again no hazelnut flavor idk what I’m tasting i can’t drink it. Wont be back to this location and I’m reaching out to corporate because this probably the 10th time I’ve come hoping it would get better but todays coffee is so bad i cant, I’m literally throwing away money down the drain since i can’t drink this.
