Had a bad experience at this Dunkin. My bacon, egg and cheese had one slice of bacon in it, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. So I went up to ask to fix it. One of the employees said sure then it was a whole big ruckus about it and when they finished doing it one of the employees said next time I’m gonna have to pay extra. Maybe if they did it right I wouldn’t have to pay extra. The only good thing about the experience was a girl with the red hair. She made my experience very well.

I ordered ahead of time and it took longer then normal and they messed up my drink and didn’t give me cold foam. Also found a hair in the whipped cream.

absolutely TERRIBLE service. The man at the register pocketed my change infront of my face, and put my 88 cents into the tip jar. infront of my face. I didn't say anything at first, but I came back and addressed what happened. when I told him exactly what I saw, he said "yeah I did do that". I said that he needs to give the change to people who he owes it to, and I noticed this happen multiple times after I got out of line to other people. He lied to me and told me that i "didn't ask for my change" which is a complete lie. I said no I didn't, and he reluctantly handed me my change. I am very upset with the service and disrespect and the assumption that I would be okay with what happened. My friends and I were jipped.
Just did a online order spend like 20 something dollars and they couldn't put sugar in my coffee if it's not one thing it's another SMH can't wait for the one on Tunis hill rd to open

I only order through the Dunkin app, staff seem friendly when I go in but no first hand experience. The food is good so these are why the two stars. The negatives are the drinks been to numerous Dunkins, and never really had bad coffee, this place it’s down the road from me so it’s convenient, the drinks are horrid. No coffee flavor the specialty drinks are never made to the standard of other Dunkins when I order the same drinks. Today was the worse got hazelnut coffee. No coffee flavor again no hazelnut flavor idk what I’m tasting i can’t drink it. Wont be back to this location and I’m reaching out to corporate because this probably the 10th time I’ve come hoping it would get better but todays coffee is so bad i cant, I’m literally throwing away money down the drain since i can’t drink this.

Leaving 1 star because 0 was not an option. The cashier (who was working 10/15 at 12:00 PM) was very rude and didn’t scan my rewards, and then acted like it was my fault. She just had a terrible attitude. They made my friends drink wrong and it was completely undrinkable. It was overall the worst Dunkin experience we’ve ever had (we are loyal customers and avid Dunkingoers) and we feel completely gypped. We know that this isn’t typical of Dunkin but we still are very upset.

What has happened to the taste of Dunkin’ coffee? I have been enjoying Dunkin’ for many years, and have published many glowing reviews on Trip Advisor, accordingly. Hot or iced, Dunkin’ has always had such smooth tasting, delicious coffee. Lately, however, something has changed. It would almost appear as if Dunkin’ is trying to compete with Starbucks, purveyor of some very strong coffee flavors such as Sumatra, among many others. I prefer my iced coffee with whole milk instead of light cream, as well as Stevia sweetener. Today I had to order my medium iced with SIX shots of whole milk, and it was still too dark — and it tasted very bitter. Dunkin’, if you are trying to be another Starbucks, PLEASE go back to being yourselves. You have your own niche, and it tastes terrific.
