This could have been a 5 star review but customer service was lacking overall. I had to practically beg and plead to get my Dunkin’ Refresher for $3. My coupons were scanned but my member ID wasn’t and I was charged full price for the refresher. The cashier tried to tell me I couldn’t return and repurchase, which was untrue. He eventually obliged and I received back the difference. Speaking of which, if I scan a coupon, my member ID should automatically be applied and vice versa to prevent this issue (similar to a rewards card). Store was newly renovated, donuts fully stocked, and no line. Best croissant I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’ location (but my hash browns were undercooked). The female workers didn’t smile, greet or interact with me but the male cashier was friendly (besides that little mishap). My overall experience went fairly well but they need customer service training ASAP.

This dunking apparently won’t honor the coupons on the app and try to make fake rules. I would skip this. They just greedy for money. How your dunkin and won’t accept my coupon. Corporate will find out about this

This is what I get for cheating on my regular Dunkin spot. I wanted to treat myself and get something to go for my hour commute to work and since this was the one on the way to the Merritt, I went. Boy do I regret it. I ordered A matcha with hash browns and I immediately knew something was wrong. For starters, my maths was bubbly at the top. Since I get a matcha every Friday, I knew it didn’t look right but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Now when I tasted it , that is when I realized I was practically scammed. Not only did it not taste good but it seems as if they used water to make it instead of the oat milk I asked for. Then I pressed on and decided to eat the hashbrowns … and I all I can say is… way to beat a girl when she’s already down. The hash browns tasted terrible and I still can’t pinpoint what that horrid taste was. Now back to the matcha, for the first time ever, I did not finish it and threw it away. Save yourself the disappointment and go to another Dunkin. I believe there is one down the road.

The girl Samantha (dark haired girl) was very rude . Not only to I , but to the customer in front of me . It was so bad that the customer even made a comment on it . Very clearly doesn’t want to work here . I do know one of the managers at this location so I will comment on it .
The female manager and weekday morning staff are always on point! Love them!!

Terrible service!!! they need to change managers No hair nets on any staff,No gloves they didn’t even wash there hands before touching my food one of the cashiers is a kid yelling at his mom?? who is the manager?? On top of that they not accept mobile coupons worst Dunkin in Fairfield!!
Dunking are good places; it's a shame that in today's case around 3 in the afternoon there are people serving customers in bad taste and serving what you didn't order and on top of that you get angry because I tell you it's not what I ordered

To anyone who loves going to Dunkin. Please listen to what I have to say about this one. The staff are by far the most rudest and unprofessional staff ever to work here. But the one thing I will not accept, is racism. The food is not good, drinks are absolutely terrible, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Today my mother and sister have went to this place and for no reason one of the staff was very rude and unright racist. Believe my sister was black when she is actually Hispanic. They also processed to mess up their order in the most unhealthy way. So please, for anyone who see this, please do not go here. You will thank me later.
