I would honestly go to any other walkable coffee shop if there was one, i usually dont have anything good or bad to say about this specific dunkin and I am never one to talk down to a barista but they never follow instructions, if the order clearly says what I am allergic to then please dont put it in my coffee or drink, They are busy and thats fine but that should not be the case when I am paying for my stuff and still not getting what i need, When i try to explain it to them, its like I am talking to a wall, The front person does not understand English, Now i am not saying to not hire non- English Speakers but at least put someone in front who can understand it. I would not go to this place if i didnt have to.

I came in for Christmas drink and asked for advices at the register to choose from. I was very happy and energized and smiling. At the moment i left i felt like i came in there bothering someone. When you choose staff you have to make sure you let them know that the customers experience is important. I will not come back to this place. šš» Not because of the product but because of the staff. This could have been a 5 star review but customer service was lacking overall. I had to practically beg and plead to get my Dunkinā Refresher for $3. My coupons were scanned but my member ID wasnāt and I was charged full price for the refresher. The cashier tried to tell me I couldnāt return and repurchase, which was untrue. He eventually obliged and I received back the difference. Speaking of which, if I scan a coupon, my member ID should automatically be applied and vice versa to prevent this issue (similar to a rewards card). Store was newly renovated, donuts fully stocked, and no line. Best croissant Iāve ever had at any Dunkinā location (but my hash browns were undercooked). The female workers didnāt smile, greet or interact with me but the male cashier was friendly (besides that little mishap). My overall experience went fairly well but they need customer service training ASAP.
Ask for a cup of water for my dog wanna charge A dollarā¦ the girls there act like they own the company ā¦ā¦. About to send ice there lol

This is what I get for cheating on my regular Dunkin spot. I wanted to treat myself and get something to go for my hour commute to work and since this was the one on the way to the Merritt, I went. Boy do I regret it. I ordered A matcha with hash browns and I immediately knew something was wrong. For starters, my maths was bubbly at the top. Since I get a matcha every Friday, I knew it didnāt look right but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Now when I tasted it , that is when I realized I was practically scammed. Not only did it not taste good but it seems as if they used water to make it instead of the oat milk I asked for. Then I pressed on and decided to eat the hashbrowns ā¦ and I all I can say isā¦ way to beat a girl when sheās already down. The hash browns tasted terrible and I still canāt pinpoint what that horrid taste was. Now back to the matcha, for the first time ever, I did not finish it and threw it away. Save yourself the disappointment and go to another Dunkin. I believe there is one down the road.
