The girl Samantha (dark haired girl) was very rude . Not only to I , but to the customer in front of me . It was so bad that the customer even made a comment on it . Very clearly doesn’t want to work here . I do know one of the managers at this location so I will comment on it .

Terrible service!!! they need to change managers No hair nets on any staff,No gloves they didn’t even wash there hands before touching my food one of the cashiers is a kid yelling at his mom?? who is the manager?? On top of that they not accept mobile coupons worst Dunkin in Fairfield!!
Dunking are good places; it's a shame that in today's case around 3 in the afternoon there are people serving customers in bad taste and serving what you didn't order and on top of that you get angry because I tell you it's not what I ordered

To anyone who loves going to Dunkin. Please listen to what I have to say about this one. The staff are by far the most rudest and unprofessional staff ever to work here. But the one thing I will not accept, is racism. The food is not good, drinks are absolutely terrible, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Today my mother and sister have went to this place and for no reason one of the staff was very rude and unright racist. Believe my sister was black when she is actually Hispanic. They also processed to mess up their order in the most unhealthy way. So please, for anyone who see this, please do not go here. You will thank me later.

Went to pick up my order 9:30ish. They said they didn’t have my donut in stock. Said that’s ok. He said they don’t do refunds but I can choose something else. I chose munchkins and after leaving I opened to eat it in the car and find hair. I told them he laughed and just chuckled with the other lady and acted as if we put it there. I said can i just do refund ( they said they don’t do refunds for the app) but then said they don’t do refunds in store either. So I just had to grab another munchkin. Originally it was no problem but they way they acted and laughed was not ok.

The worst customer service and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow. Time after time I have tried to greet and thank the employees and not one of the females says a word back. I’ve yelled it so there’s no excuse of them not hearing it and it’s sad. Because of my purchase or attention does not matter then why would I continue to spend my money on a local business. I can go anywhere else. I try to stay within my neighborhood because I feel we should show support but not when it’s not appreciated.

Yesterday, December 8, I went at 9:30 in the morning, I had coffee and a croassan. Three hours later, I was lying on the floor vomiting and with diarrhea. That was the only thing I ate all day. I don't know if anyone didn't wash their hands afterwards. from using the bathroom, or the cheese was contaminated, I don't know but I almost died

She took the cheese off and gave me the same sandwich back. I got a new one but only after bringing it up. I also ordered glazed munchkins and was given chocolate ….
