This could have been a 5 star review but customer service was lacking overall. I had to practically beg and plead to get my Dunkin’ Refresher for $3. My coupons were scanned but my member ID wasn’t and I was charged full price for the refresher. The cashier tried to tell me I couldn’t return and repurchase, which was untrue. He eventually obliged and I received back the difference. Speaking of which, if I scan a coupon, my member ID should automatically be applied and vice...

Dunking are good places; it's a shame that in today's case around 3 in the afternoon there are people serving customers in bad taste and serving what you didn't order and on top of that you get angry because I tell you it's not what I ordered

I can't believe I'm sitting here writing a review for a Dunkin Donuts chain, but I think that is a testament to how good of an establishment this location is. Since living in Fairfield we're really only exposed to two, and this location is bar far the better. Their coffee flavor is consistent, never burnt; the service is fast as can be; the staff is so cordial and kind no matter how busy it gets; and the place is always clean with napkins, straws and sugars always...
