Dunkin'

I arrived approximately 25 minutes before closing, well within operating hours. Despite this, the employee informed me that she could not make a latte and that the only options available were already brewed coffee or cold brew. This is completely unacceptable. If the store is open, it should be able to serve the full menu, especially basic items like a latte.

It makes no sense for a location to still be open but unable or unwilling to prepare standard drinks. Customers should not be told that items are unavailable simply because staff are shutting things down early. This is unprofessional and misleading, and it creates a terrible experience for anyone relying on your posted hours.

I hope this issue is addressed immediately, as this location clearly needs stronger oversight and adherence to proper closing procedures. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be resolved.

I came to try to order food and couldn’t the worker was just sitting in black rolling chair with one leg up in the chair on her phone with her ear phones in. I was so pissed because I’m on the highway traveling and was starving. I said hello 3 times and because she was so tuned into the phone she wasn’t working.

Very rude server. Over priced. This seems like a trend when every restaurant wants to raise prices because they need to raise salaries, yet many servers are not capable of providing quality service.

Haiti, girl who works afternoons, is so nice and caring. Even though she works alone on busy days, she is ready to get every customer in and out. The manager, named Fernando, is very unprofessional, and lets his employees act rude. Seeing the reviews, I’m not the only one who thinks so too. Especially girl with tattoos all over and pink hair. They just seem aggravated.

Went to stop here QUICKLY on my way home. Worker was in bathroom when I got here. Took about 5 min to come out, (fine ok) then took another 2-3 min to walk to the back. Must of been grabbing his phone, absolutely no rush to customers. WALKED OVER TO ME ON HIS PHONE doing whatever then asked me if he could help me. Are u serious? Absolutely nobody has customer service skills anymore. You should not be on your phone while your at wk helping customers. Period! Dunkin, do better. I go to many diff dunkins and I never see such horrible service.

I went to inside to get my mobile order and she told me they don’t have regular milk, they only have almond milk and oatmeal milk but i don’t drink them. i told the lady just give me something else and i didn’t even ask for refund or something and whoever works there she was so rude to me and she just gave me attitude. I was trying to place my order but she was on the phone while I’m at the store. she didn’t even give any attention to me. dunkin needs better and more kind workers. I’m not coming back to this place never again. huge zero star!!! if you can’t do this job then don’t work!
