Service was good. Wasn't aware they started doing covers to get into the brewery so that's something that I'm not sure i liked. But the brews and cidar are good. Especially the house brews

Went on Thanksgiving eve and had a lot of fun event tho it was long wait. The dj was awesome and even took my feiends bday request/shout out that made her night!

Are first time here meet some friends and had a great time. Foods was great, lots of beer on tap. The staff was very friendly.

Came here over the weekend. The manager steph answered my questions and makes a great cocktail too. the place is huge with lots of things to do, pool, cornhole, etc. will def be back

The pizza is one of the best in Fairfield. Beer selection is a great variety. Staff is always so welcoming and have a great recommendation for anything you are looking for! Having pool tables is also a great addition!

Such a fun place! Great spot to meet up with friends for food and drinks, or to watch a game on one of the giant TVs. The atmosphere is lively and the staff is great. Nice place to host a party for a special event. Looking forward to going back very soon!

I play trivia on Monday nights. The management team lead by Kelcey is awesome. Bartenders Haley, Carson, Colin, Taylor and Jenn have our drinks ready quickly and correctly each time. Emily, kitchen manager, is very friendly and her staff (Josh, Ben and others) always makes us feel welcomed and as if our food order is the only one they're working on..
Basically we love Elicit..Staff, Service ,Food and Atmosphere..

Elicit is hands-down one of the best breweries I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxed, whether you’re stopping in with friends, on a date, or just want a night out, this place delivers. The space is super clean, stylish, and has that energetic vibe without ever feeling overwhelming!! i had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers kelsey who gave me such good beer recommendations, and as a person who doesn’t drink beer let me just say, these were amazing. i forgot which one it was but it was green, how cool is that! elicits the best!

5/5 stars! As an Aussie traveling through Connecticut, I stumbled into Elicit Brewing in Fairfield and was blown away. Their beer selection is insanely wide—over 60 taps with house brews, local CT gems, and international guests covering everything from crisp lagers to bold IPAs and stouts. The warehouse-style atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a massive beer hall, speakeasy vibes, and lively energy perfect for groups.
But the real standout was the hospitality. Jet-lagged and looking lost after a long flight from Sydney, I mentioned my homesickness for a good flat white. The bar back overheard, chatted about his cousin in Melbourne, and surprised me with a custom Aussie-inspired coffee stout sample. Food staff recommended perfect pairings with their pub eats, the manager comped a round when I shared photos of kangaroos on my phone (sparking laughs and stories from the whole team), and everyone—from servers to bussers—treated me like an old mate, sharing local tips and making me feel right at home.
