I had the pleasure of dining at Esh Restaurant for the first time, and it was truly a delightful experience. What happens when you mix an overhyped restaurant with good, but not exceptional, food and arrogant gen z kids at the front who don’t seem bothered by the fact that you made a reservation which has not been honored for over 30 minutes? You have Esh.
