We’ve been going to Esh since they opened but unfortunately
have been disappointed the last few times. The flatbread and hummus is always excellent, however the main dish - the beef shawarma - is not up to par with how it was when they first opened. The beef shawarma used to be wagyu beef and was tender, juicy, and melted in your mouth, exactly how it has been at every other place I have had it. The last few times it has been chewy, dry, and bitty pieces of shawarma....

Another outstanding meal at Esh. This time our group of 5 opted just to enjoy the Taboon flatbread and all of the mezze dips, followed by a lot of different starters and the delicious beet salad. We had so many flavorful dishes to share and enjoy, including three shared desserts (don't miss the Date Cake!).
