I am currently on Weight Watchers, so I'm always on the lookout for healthy foods that are predominantly plant-protein-based, or seafood items. Whole Foods Market has a terrific variety of vegan salads offered in the Urban Remedy brand. They also have wonderful pre-made meals in their Deli department, such as grilled salmon and Maryland crab cakes. Their prices are somewhat higher than the average supermarket, but their quality makes it so worthwhile -- and best of all, they accept my Amazon Prime card!
