Raw burger and fries from rotten potatoes!! Major food safety issues tonight.
I eat here all the time and have never had an issue until today and it was vile. Ordered from a UberEats. When we unwrapped the burgers there were condiments everywhere. Like three times as much as required. Mildly annoying, and very messy, but scraped off the extra ketchup, mustard etc. and moved on. Poured out the fries to see that half were made from rotten potatoes! Rotten black patches through the fries! When I finally got around to taking a few bites of my burger I see that the burger is raw inside. Not pink, but purple. My son had already eaten his entire burger before I saw mine was raw! Called the restaurant immediately and the manager simply said “Really sorry about that” and hung up. Hoping for the safety of anyone eating there they pulled the cooks off the line and gave them some additional training.

My favorite Five Guy's location. Consistently great food, service, and atmosphere. Always clean interior. It would be great to have hot chocolate as at least a wintertime drink option.

I placed a order online and when receiving my meal and didn't have all the topping I asked for, so I call in the store and told the manager Hunter what happen and she gladly told me to come in whenever and I will have a free meal on the house , that's what i call doing good bussiness and keeping ur customers happy!

I work as a delivery person and every time that I have a order from this restaurant I always have a bad experience, they never have done the order or they don’t care about it, always take forever to do something, even do if the place is empty….. what kind of people this place hired?

I just paid over $20.00 for a dried up cheeseburger with very unripened tomato on it and soggy tasteless fries. I thought I lucked out missing the lunch crowd then I realized the ripoff prices and knew why no one else was in there. I will never go here again and I'll spread the word about how bad it was. $13.00 hamburgs and $7.00 fries make you a greedy pig.
