Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana

We ordered 9 pizza's for my son's birthday party, and when we arrived they had given the pizza's to someone else under the same name (all good, things happen) but it did disorient the party a little as guests were waiting for food for a lot longer. To repay us Pepe's gave us 2 free medium pizza vouchers. When I called last week to use the vouchers, he told me I couldn't use it on any special pies (margarita's are specialty???) or anything with over one topping. It does not say this on the card. I told him I'm happy to pay the extra for the added toppings. He said he couldn't put it through the system that way and there was nothing he could do. I asked for the manager and he said he was one of the managers... Although I'm not sure I believe that, since it the situation was dealt with so poorly. We won't be going back because of the customer service, but the pizza is great.

Warning to New Yorkers: The coal on the pizza will make your hands black. It doesn't wipe off with a napkin. NY pizza doesn't make you dirty. The doesn't fold. It's the cheapest meal I've ever had. A small pie and drinks for 3 people cost around $25. The pizza taste good; but you have to get passed the dirty hands and small size.

Was in the Fairfield area today 9/14 and decided to stop by Frank Pepe and try it out this location. The waitress Grace was wonderful, however we tried the clam pie and four out of the seven family members had a stomach ache when we arrived home. Very disappointed since we have been to other locations and never had this experience.

Been eating Pepe's apizza for 50 years. 8-24-24 Fairfield was the absolute worst Pepe's I've ever had. Sauce no taste on tomato pie, mozzarella barely had sauce, no taste anyway, white clam dry, no oil, no garlic, no taste. Been to this one 4 times over the years, twice was good, twice terrible. Get consistent ,train your kitchen staff. No comparison to New Haven, Delray Beach just about same as New Haven. Back in CT. Been 3 weeks since this review, trying Fairfield again. Again no good. This franchise is nowhere near the quality of New Haven, or Delray Beach, FL. Something is wrong here. Sauce had a little more taste than last time. But the tomato pie had very little sauce on it.Thats the point, the sauce ! Clam was again dry, very little oil or garlic. The mozzarella actually had flop, like any other place. Will have to drive a little further, go to New Haven, done with Fairfield.

I typically prefer NY Style pizza (having lived in NY the majority of my life) but this is super good! Not overly charred, crispy, high quality ingredients, and always delicious. Great service, friendly staff, and if you "dine in", its a pizza place...as it should be. Make sure you pair your pizza with a Foxton's Birch Beer, thank me later.

15 minutes before order taken. food over cooked much more than other Pepe’s. Avoid go Yonkers or Danbury instead worth the trip

Edit, the negative experience was for the new location in Stamford CT, not sure why it posted to Fairfield changing this location to higher based on prior experience here.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade now and I can proudly say that this is the best pizza ever! I love the New Haven pizza style and Pepe’s does it the best! I highly recommend you try out this pizza, it is amazing!
