Very good Western Omelet, good coffee. No table service, ample parking. Not fond of ketchup packages but understand wastage issue with bottles on table.

I ordered catering with just over 24 hours notice, which is obviouly not ideal. They were extremely helpful in helping me determine how much food to order for my party and made suggestions on what food to include based on the popularity of their menu. When it came time to pickup the food, the order was ready right on time and there were no issues. They did their best to ensure the food was as fresh as possible, even waiting to make the fries until close to pickup time.
In terms of the food, the kids loved the tenders and fries. The adults loved them too, along with the sandwiches and wraps. Almost every adult asked us where we got the food from and were happy to take the extras home with them. Safe to say the food was a hit.
I would definitely order from them again. Thank you so much for your help in making our party a great time.
This morning I decided to stop by Hole in the Wall, a spot I hadn’t been to in a long time and was excited to treat myself to a loaded steak breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. From the moment I called to place my order, the girl who answered was rude. When I asked what came on the burrito (since I have an allergy), she acted annoyed and hesitant to answer. When I arrived to pick up my order, she bypassed the payment screen before I even had a chance to leave a tip, didn’t offer me a receipt, and when I asked for one, she responded with attitude. I also asked for hot sauce, and she told me it was at the end of the counter. When I went there, she then said they were out—only to go to the back and grab some after I questioned her. Later, I called to ask for the manager’s name to report how poorly I was treated, and the same girl (I assume) answered, told me the manager was on vacation, and then refused to give me his name. I work hard for my money, and it’s upsetting to be treated so poorly when I’m simply trying to enjoy a meal. If you’re unhappy with your job or having a bad day, that should never be taken out on customers. Had I not been rushing to work, I would have asked for a refund. I truly hope management takes this review seriously and addresses their staff’s attitude and customer service. Sadly, because of this one experience, I will not be returning to Hole in the Wall.

Delicious food and drinks. I got the shroom cheese steak (made with chicken) and a dirty chai latte.

If you’re looking for a Delicious and Tasty Sandwich for Breakfast…do yourself a favor and order the Special #1 sandwich. Consists of a Hard roll, egg, cheese, bacon, hash brown and Hot Sauce! Definitely a must try! Always done to perfection. Service over the phone and in person has been great. One issue that has come to my attention is the extra $1.00 charge on any breakfast sandwich due to the rise of egg prices..let’s keep the price reasonable to the consumer instead of raising a price of a breakfast sandwich close to $8-$9 for the same sandwich that can cost $4-$5.

The taste was great. But I would have liked steak on my steak egg and cheese. One very tiny sliver of shaved steak is insulting. Also, fried egg was very raw on both sandwiches. Both seemed to be rush cooked, They had no hot coffee for brunch, and staff seemed like they would rather be somewhere else.

Great burger, but onion rings were the greasiest I have ever seen in my life. Maybe just an off day, but the grease soaked through the container, the bag and onto my desk. When I opened it up there was pooled grease in the container. Almost like it came right out of the fryer basket and into the box without any chance to drain in the basket. Other than that, the burger was cooked to order with fresh toppings. Prices are a little much, but it's Fairfield, to be expected

I can’t express how awful this burger was. Aside from being extremely thin it was cooked until it was dry and crumble and devoid of all flavor. And you absolutely have to be joking about the amount of mushrooms.
In addition look at the responses to truthful negative reviews. Downright rude, condescending, and dishonest. He was unable to comprehend a review and insulted the author. He sent the wrong food to someone and blamed uber. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again and support awful food with a side of disrespect
