It’s like your family here. The staff is authentic and the Italian hero’s are on point.

Wow! Ok, visiting from out of town and wanted a great sandwich. Well I found the spot! Ordered the “godfather” and the gentleman helping me suggested the hot oil added for some kick. This was amazing! The staff was kind and the other gentleman at the register was above and beyond offering me napkins, plates and bags. The store was clean and welcoming. I’ll be back before my vacation is over! You can’t go wrong here.

Excellent everything! Nine in our party and everyone raved about the food. Very reasonable prices. We'll be back!

The food was very bland. We got the penne vodka with crispy chicken and it felt like jarred sauce with no seasoning. The lasagna lacked even salt and pepper. Pretty disappointed especially considering the price.
Really good service and kind staff.try Manhattan special coffee soda.It was recommended and tasted really good, it was like a smooth carbonated espresso with a little hint of cola but was sweeter and way easier to drink than black coffee. Definitely a crave drink I will be thinking about for a wile.Besides from that simply great welcoming atmosphere.
Parking: Right outside
Kid-friendliness: I got a free cookie (which was delicious)

Estimates 40-50 min. Takes 1 1/2 hours. For a large cheese pizza. Always a disaster waiting for food. Always a disaster with a new cashier trying to pay. The food isn’t that good. Will not return.

Amazing food. Roast beef sandwich was gas. If there was gravy on the side that would have been great but regardless

Came here last night for big 50th birthday surprise party. We had such a great time. I haven't had better Italian food anywhere. Making mozzarella balls with Dominic is a MUST do. Service was incredible, I had a hard time distinguishing who was family/friends vs who was working. They made us all feel like family, like literally in their home at their kitchen table. Well done. Deeply appreciated.

I go to ITALIAN KITCHEN in fairfield at least 3-4 times a week. I work close by, i’ve tried every sandwich shop in the area and not to say the others are bad but “IK” they are honestly the most fresh and tasty spot around and well priced. ALSO! Very authentic. Everyone who works inside is awesome and they make sure you get what you want, and they also recommend dishes and sandwiches to order which always helps.Im big on Fresh foods as ive been incorporated with Food or working in restaurants for 20 years and this spot is deff a hidden gem and one to definitely try out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

A large group of us went for their mozzarella making 4 course dinner and what an amazing night with amazing food! The mozzarella making was a blast (and we got to enjoy what we made as our appetizer with dried fruits, charcuterie, antipasto and caprese style. YUM! We also enjoyed some delicious salads, pastas (the vodka sauce is out of this world!) entrees and dessert. Oh, and the garlic bread I am still dreaming about! Emily was amazing in helping us organize the night, friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. Dom the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate everyone and the staff was on top of everything and so friendly! Such a great place for take out, eat in, sandwiches, entrees or a special dinner like we did. Highly Recommend!
So much fun making mozzarella .
