Great value food, nice to see them slicing the meat and cheese in front of you. Went here a few days ago and was having a rough day, the employees were all friendly and cracking jokes with me which picked me up. Never had a bad experience at any Jersey mikes.

Associates were friendly. I just am alittle concerned when they prepare your sandwich and the next person wraps and rings you out. I think just 1 person should ring you out and the one who prepares the sandwich should only handle the preparations of the food.

The 4employees play 11:30am on Sunday 8/4/24 acted as though they all had hangovers and couldn’t be bothered greeting me or being friendly. They were awful!

Went with my fiance & we both got the #56 and boy was it so good we added lettuce,tomato, mayonnaise & pickles, bacon & portobello mushrooms to it. It was so good & hit the spot, it was exactly what we wanted for dinner. I have attached the sandwich we ordered so everyone can try it.

I do ubereats here, I arrived a few mins early for food to be delivered on time. I waited an extra 15 mins for the food to be delivered, a guy on the line forgot a sandwich after he already handed me a bag that was my order.. I was rated a 1 star to deliver two orders. When it was Jersey Mike's, Mistake.Please be respectful, we are also working and doing a job. It makes it harder when our orders aren't ready or on time.....

The employees at JM's are an OUSTANDING bunch of people. They all work together well and their customer service is OUTSTANDING as well.There is one particular individual who named JAMES who really knows how to work a crowd. Focused, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and a great front man for this franchise. Let's face it SUBWAY is DEAD! JM's makes awesome subs loaded with the items of your choice as well as speedy fast and efficient. When you're in the mood for deli foods JM's is a GREAT choice.

Ordered a sandwich and mistakenly forgot to request no lettuce. Simple fix I thought…. Went back expressed the mistake and figured we could get a sandwich made the correct way as I have an allergy to lettuce…. I was told that it was my fault the order was wrong…ok, so can we just simple fix the issue with a new sandwich, I was then told I can’t get another sandwich because a bunch of things are set to go on the grill now. So not only did I waste 2 trips, 30 minutes I also didn’t leave with a sandwich and so I had to leave hungry and request a refund. Great service from the manager, I would no longer spend a penny in that place.?
