I came to Jersey Mike to pick up my order. Just two items and they took one hour for just two items. They were taking other people order and making their order but wasn’t making mine and wasn’t making 10 other people order. Poor customer service kept telling me 10-15 minutes every 10 minutes later but wasn’t even making the order. Avoid this place.

Great value food, nice to see them slicing the meat and cheese in front of you. Went here a few days ago and was having a rough day, the employees were all friendly and cracking jokes with me which picked me up. Never had a bad experience at any Jersey mikes.
The most sloppiest food service i got the wrong delivery and missing items twice the workers aren't professional shouldn't be dealing with people food needs more training how to handle delivery packages i had the worst experience jersey Mke's

Associates were friendly. I just am alittle concerned when they prepare your sandwich and the next person wraps and rings you out. I think just 1 person should ring you out and the one who prepares the sandwich should only handle the preparations of the food.
