I came to Jersey Mike to pick up my order. Just two items and they took one hour for just two items. They were taking other people order and making their order but wasn’t making mine and wasn’t making 10 other people order. Poor customer service kept telling me 10-15 minutes every 10 minutes later but wasn’t even making the order. Avoid this place.

Great value food, nice to see them slicing the meat and cheese in front of you. Went here a few days ago and was having a rough day, the employees were all friendly and cracking jokes with me which picked me up. Never had a bad experience at any Jersey mikes.
