The manager of this location is RUDE.

The change for my order was $18.99. I asked the cashier for $19.00; I asked if Ronald could spot me a penny.

She ignored me and gave me $18.99.

As someone who was a cashier decades ago I would NEVER do that. I'd eat the penny.

That is awful service.

Today I order 2 medium tea with honey and sugar I was told I have to pay for the honey and sugar I said ok she was so rude and she charge me for everything then she end up giving me 2 small tea with no sugar people like her should not work with the public

Stopped by this evening around 8:30 in drive thru. The lady taking my order was so nasty & rude and kept yelling at me. All while my 6 year old is hearing everything and asking herself why is the woman being mean. If you don’t like your job, leave

Last time I checked its called a drive thru not a walk thru. Whomever was working on 10/2/24 at 11 PM allowed three people to walk up order their food whom appeared to be intoxicated and acted disruptive. They were twerking, giggling, and for the "manager" to allow the drive thru line to wrap around the building and let this occur is beyond me. The employee also claimed that "they just wanted food and whats the problem", but to my knowledge in order to use a drive thru you need a vehicle not just walk up on foot.

I order from here almost everyday! Today at 6:50pm the lady at window 2 was so rude! No help at all. And was so vulgar! I just asked her to provide any kind of cup that I could put my ice cream in so I could drive! She said there was no such service! Any of the staff before would have helped! Only she wouldn't!

An awful McDonald's location. This McDonald's provides poor service and doesn't care. Drive further and try another location. Staff isn't helpful and really don't seemed bothered by their unprofessional demeanor. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a staff member, Daniel. This location definitely needs some training or change in staffing or attitudes. They seem to make up their own hours and times they will serve certain breakfast and non-breakfast items. Who shuts down randomly without communication to the customers.

It's McDonald's, what more can you say. This location does sǔck, why does McDonald’s offer an app with deals if you’re simply going to punish customers by making them wait longer than they should. A simple beverage order they’ll make me drive around into a spot and then wait instead of just letting me go through the drive-thru, it’s almost like they have something against me using this mobile app.

Who ever was placing the drive thru orders- fire them. They are not good nor do they like their job. In addition, English as the primary language should be required for all staff who interact with customers. Finally, once again my order was incorrect.
