A very pleasant surprise. Although this isn't the mcdonald's we thought we went to last time it ended up being a great choice. The restaurant was clean and orders running smooth. The coffee tasted fresh and beyond expectations. I had trouble with the kiosk the manager was able to assist me at the register and I was even able to redeem my monopoly prize of a free small coffee. I'd definitely go back for another meal.

I ordered online at least 15 minutes before my pick up. Arrived at curbside pick up where it was stated 2-5 minutes. I waited well over that and finally went in and it was just sitting there. Don't ever go to this McDonalds. So much for a fast food order!!!!!

Food is consistently good here, but the drive thru isn't the speediest. They frequently ask you to pull over into a spot, even for simpler orders, but other than that I've never had issues here.

My family and I had breakfast here on our way back from Florida. The restaurant was fairly clean and one of the associates was still cleaning when we arrived just before 7am. The food was good, but the associates could have been friendlier. None of them greeted us or even smiled. Perhaps it was because it was still early and we were their first customers. Anyways, there were no issues with our orders. One of our members did have some issues with toilet not flushing.

They won’t give you a cup of water. They want you to pay for a $2.50 bottle of water. Every McDonald’s offers free water but them.

Don't know how true this is about other McDonald's, but at the Fairfield circle one, more often than not, if you're drive-thru, you are told to park your car, and they will deliver your drive-thru order curbside. Lots of waiting. Lots of parked cars. I suspect the staff does this now to circumvent the "wait time" limits corporate puts on franchises. Super annoying.
