I am also happy that the waiting time for a table was on the mark. We were told 20 minutes and as the clock struck, we received a text alerting us the table was ready. We started with three bao, a pork belly, a smash burger and a soft shell crab. The pork belly was meh but the crab was very good and the burger was delicious. We also ordered a kale salad which had a pleasant dressing and the roasted mushroom dumplings which was a hit. My grandson ordered a spicy tuna handball which is refused to share and it was gone quickly. For entrees we ordered the pho bo which had a flavorful short rib, a bone with little marrow which was disappointing and rare roast beef. The soup was tasty but I think I would opt for a different dish. The kids enjoyed the chicken Ramen which came with lots of chicken and a good soup. The spicy miso Ramen was good but needed a protein. The hit was the kai miso Ramen which was full of fried soft shell crab, lobster and shrimp. We finished with a mochi tasting of 6 different flavors and all were refreshing I will certainly return to try other dishes.

I’ve been a customer of Mecha for like 5 years now, never disappoint. Just one time we had an issue about the KFC baos being too cold and they managed and fixed it so well. My go to is the tonkotsu ramen, I switch the pork belly for chicken and it’s so good, don’t forget the extra noods!!

I placed an Uber Eats order and when I get my food, the bag has absolutely NO SEAL. The food is left out in the open for any driver to mess around with. You guys should really change your delivery bags to be sealable. I would like to know why you guys don't have sealable bags? Every other store that I get my food delivered from ALWAYS HAS SEALS ON THEM. The meat of the pho was rubbery, and the broth was way to oily. Absolutely will NEVER order from here again, and will order my pho from another restaurant (mind you, I am a Pho lover and decided to give Mecha a try, but the disappointment is out the roof). The delivery prices for this store is also an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Though this is Fairfield, the portion for Pho is a kid meal... at least from what I got through delivery.

Amazing for our first time out today. Food was exceptional and Jay, our waiter was just the best. He is so polite and kind. He took his time explaining the sauces on the table and cleared plates instantly when we were done. Fantastic all around and we will definitely be back!

My husband and I had our 1st visit and had such a nice fun experience with Brendan and Gram , their service was amazing and they were so helpful with the menu and such a fun host ! Their edamame was delish! If you like spicy , the rice on the app menu was amazing ! We highly recommend! Thank you guys for a great experience! We will be back

Firecracker wings are some of the best wings I have ever had. My boyfriend and I drive down from Orange County frequently, and I always look forward to the fast and kind service. Thai iced bubble tea is one of my favorite drinks, and I have always enjoyed the ramen and Pho.
My girlfriend and I drive 2 hours to come here every few months, it's worth it every time!

Delicious food and great service, never had a bad experience here. The only reason I knocked off a star for atmosphere is the music can be very loud and make it hard to have a conversation. Other than that, everything is delicious. I usually get Spicy Miso or Tonkotsu ramen and a Bao or two.
