The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the quality of the milk they use. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure — the ice cream is fantastic!

I came to this location Friday night and I was so pleased to see the same worker that works in my town in New Haven janiya she is such a pleasant girl with good customer service I ordered 2 3 scoops of salted caramel and blue cookie she tops the ice cream like they used to in 2020 and I really think she give the authentic feel of what Milkcraft used to be such a welcoming employee love this place

The ice creams are rich in flavor—very satisfying and quite filling. Definitely try the waffle cones—they’re especially amazing in winter. The warmth of the cone paired with the melting ice cream is just perfect!

Product is good. The employees I've encountered could absolutely care less about the customer's experience. 2pm on a slow Wednesday and they had to leave to find milk, the leave to find a straw, then leave to find a spoon. The only thing anyone said was 'anything else?' when I ordered.

I have been to milkcraft many times The ice cream is always good, however I have never been anywhere with less enthusiastic employees every single time they look completely miserable to be there. The customer service needs severe improvement at least smile once I have never seen a smile here.
