Product is good. The employees I've encountered could absolutely care less about the customer's experience. 2pm on a slow Wednesday and they had to leave to find milk, the leave to find a straw, then leave to find a spoon. The only thing anyone said was 'anything else?' when I ordered.

I have been to milkcraft many times The ice cream is always good, however I have never been anywhere with less enthusiastic employees every single time they look completely miserable to be there. The customer service needs severe improvement at least smile once I have never seen a smile here.

Seen a mouse in the store while i was there getting ice cream with my son , and the attitude of the heavy set spanish âmanagerâ was insane! floors dirty like they dont even mop. garbage everywhere outside this is a disgusting establishment
I got the main blueberry goat cheese seasonal flavor in. It was amazing. My son got the red velvet bubble cone and I almost ate his instead.

Iâm livid. My friend and I drove over an hour for this ice cream last night. They were allegedly open until 11pm. We thoroughly checked the hours before acting on a whim and driving that far for a popcorn cone. We arrived at 10:35. The door was locked. The employee looked us in the eye through the door while mopping, and shook his head no. I have been to the other location in New Haven and love this place. Not anymore. Do not got out of your way to patronize this establishment unless you can risk unreliable hours and unreliable customer service.

I went to New Haven and Fairfield And they DONâT do the nitrogen ice cream anymore. Get ice cream at the grocery store is exactly the same. They can said they make it with the same process , but since itâs stored, it just doesnât taste the same. IS FREEZER ICE CREAM
