The ice cream is gross. They’re always out of everything. The employees are stoned out of their minds and can’t help with anything. It smells so strongly of pot in there I get nauseous. It’s terrible and I don’t understand why people like it.

Seen a mouse in the store while i was there getting ice cream with my son , and the attitude of the heavy set spanish “manager” was insane! floors dirty like they dont even mop. garbage everywhere outside this is a disgusting establishment

I’m livid. My friend and I drove over an hour for this ice cream last night. They were allegedly open until 11pm. We thoroughly checked the hours before acting on a whim and driving that far for a popcorn cone. We arrived at 10:35. The door was locked. The employee looked us in the eye through the door while mopping, and shook his head no. I have been to the other location in New Haven and love this place. Not anymore. Do not got out of your way to patronize this establishment unless you can risk unreliable hours and unreliable customer service.

I went to New Haven and Fairfield And they DON’T do the nitrogen ice cream anymore. Get ice cream at the grocery store is exactly the same. They can said they make it with the same process , but since it’s stored, it just doesn’t taste the same. IS FREEZER ICE CREAM

What happened to Milkcraft? It used to be our favorite treat when we visited Fairfield, the nitrogen gas filling the air, the wizard pulling levers would craft a beautiful creation! What an experience! The ice cream was off the charts.
Went recently, there's no nitrogen machine, no fog, everything is pre-frozen and they just scoop it out like a regular ice cream parlor. And it doesn't taste as good. Lastly, they give you one tiny scoop in a large 16 oz glass and charge over $8 for it. It looks ridiculous.
Did McDonald's take over Milkcraft? Someone has destroyed this gem.

Junior was wonderful to us! Gave us a cup of vanilla for our new pup- absolutely made her day.
This place needs to step it up. The icecream was served to us already melting, there is really nowhere to sit, and overall it's just too expensive for it to be served in soup form.
The flavors were fine, though suspiciously both my husband and I had irritated gums after we ate their icecream. It was a weird experience.

Milkcraft had the best ice cream when it was made to order with liquid nitrogen. Now that they have changed to small batch, the quality has taken a step backwards. If it stays this way, I probably will not return.
