What happened to this place? It used to have a well thought out theme, a very social and shareable experience, and a hip environment. Now they can’t even get their screen working outside, there is no more live liquid nitrogen infusion, and the staff barely cares. The Milkcreaft decals are pealing off the walls. What a let down.

Drove 40 minutes with my 4 friends for bubble cones, walked in at 9pm and was told that they were all out of bubble cones. What do you mean you’re out of batter? I feel as though they simply did not want to make it. We all left with nothing.

Not sure what happened to this place but we won't be returning. Ice cream recipes have changed over the years and it's overly sugary and was basically melted when we got it. The customer service is always terrible. They almost made me feel bad for being there. Time to find another place.

A little upset, I'm 6months pregnant annd was craving Milkcraft - went to this location and arrived at 10:49P and they were CLOSED. Why advertise that you’re open to 11P - drove all the way from Stratford 😒

The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the quality of the milk they use. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure — the ice cream is fantastic!
I came to this location Friday night and I was so pleased to see the same worker that works in my town in New Haven janiya she is such a pleasant girl with good customer service I ordered 2 3 scoops of salted caramel and blue cookie she tops the ice cream like they used to in 2020 and I really think she give the authentic feel of what Milkcraft used to be such a welcoming employee love this place

The ice creams are rich in flavor—very satisfying and quite filling. Definitely try the waffle cones—they’re especially amazing in winter. The warmth of the cone paired with the melting ice cream is just perfect!

Product is good. The employees I've encountered could absolutely care less about the customer's experience. 2pm on a slow Wednesday and they had to leave to find milk, the leave to find a straw, then leave to find a spoon. The only thing anyone said was 'anything else?' when I ordered.
