AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS‼️
I went to this restaurant yesterday and ordered boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice — and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food was clearly old, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting for days. When I went back to explain that the food was unacceptable and requested a refund, the cashier kept asking what I did like about it instead of acknowledging the issue. I told her none of it — the food was spoiled and unsafe to serve.
She initially refused to issue a refund, claiming she didn’t have the receipt with the last four digits of my card. I even showed proof of my purchase on my card statement, and she still tried to avoid taking accountability. After going back and forth about my card info, she finally gave me my refund back in cash because I wouldn’t let it go.
I’ll be reporting this establishment to the Town of Fairfield Department of Health, as this isn’t just poor customer service — it’s a health concern. After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one who has been served old food here. Their responses to complaints are defensive and make no sense.
There are trash cans on the side of this business — that’s exactly where this entire operation belongs. I wish I could give a rate of -0 stars. Until this place is properly inspected or shut down, I strongly advise everyone to eat elsewhere.

I ordered steamed chicken and broccoli and it was by far the most disgusting meal I’ve had in years. It tasted like fish and left a horrible aftertaste. Chicken gone bad? It was also a little slimy. What a waste of money

I’m so sad to do this. I ordered a pint of chicken lo mein & a shrimp egg roll. The bag was leaking oil from the lo mein & the egg roll was also super oily. I saw some not great reviews and wanted to give them a chance. $12 for a pint of lo mein & egg roll. That’s an expensive . I also gave a $5 tip because I had hope it would be good. Had a bite of each and tossed it. Sorry - some people might like that style.
This is a Fairfield Hidden GEM. Tucked in a corner of a shopping PLAZA, they have not 1 child behind the counter doing home work but 2. And if you know like I know, in the hood, if there wasn't Chinese kid behind the counter taking my money, the food was trash. The stereotypical association of pattern recognition has not failed me so far. I'm on a quest to find all these hidden gems of Chinese take out who have the best vegetarian options, this place is definitly TOP Tier. Lol. I'm 100% Asian but only about 1/4 Chinese, so I'd say I'm a pretty reputable judge. If there vegetarian options are good, the other food will probably be even better, but I wouldn't be able to tell either way. Go try it and see for yourself.

This place used to be awesome. It changed hands a number of months back and the food quality has gone way down. Gave it one more try yesterday in the hopes it had improved but it did not. Unfortunate. Will not be back...

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. I picked up food from them and waited an hour, they kept saying 10 minutes everytime I went inside to pick up the food. They said it’s ready and then they say it’s not ready. Their behavior isn’t good either.
