I have eaten my last meal from Panera Bread. My Fuji apple chicken salad arrived with no chicken! Really??? This operation has been doing a slow slide for quite some time but this is the straw that broke this camels back. I overlooked the wilted lettuce, shrunken portion, hard as rock bread but forgetting the protein??? No excuses. I’m done and I would tell anyone I know not to bother with this business. Just shameful!

It is a favorite hangout cafe in Fairfield for many, with a large enough parking lot that makes it very convenient. The Mediterranean sandwich, tomato soup, and salads are some of the options. Despite occasional shortages in some menu items, the team handles the situation with understanding.
