We order delivery to our office almost every week. The food is always very consistent and fresh. We had one order where the driver marked delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. Panera redid the order and got it to us very quickly. We will continue to order from this location.

I love their soups but they are so outrageously overpriced for their group soups. $22+ once you add tax. Their group soups is supposed to feed 4 people. It does not unless it's an appetizer prior to eating a meal. They need to seriously think about decreasing their prices.

They literally gave me bacon flavored cloudy water with a few bacon bits in it and passed it off as their “baked potato soup”. This happened for BOTH of the soups in my order. It was inedible. And there was a big, fat fly in my salad! I used to love this place. What happened?
