Stopped there on our way home. We are from out of town. Went in, super friendly greeting. Ordered our food,it was really good and hot. Asked the man at the counter to please give us forks and knives as we were taking it back to our hotel room we had everything we needed. The food was great. We were super tired and getting such a warm greeting and fast service was so much appreciated. Thanks ?
Stopped in on my way to NJ and just selected this place randomly. What a great choice! We were greeted immediately and got our to go order in just a few minutes. The food was awesome, I wish they'd open one in NJ!
Craving a slice to-go I ended up satisfied by was unsure until the end. If you're looking for something considered standard fare in a place like New Haven or Manhattan, you won't find it here. Nonetheless, their pie is enjoyable with a tangy sauce, a crust with a crunch, and a smaller-than-typical to-go pie slice along with an atypical clearly reduced quantity of mozzarella. In other words, they don't hide these facts, yet it works well. Just not what I was naturally...
