I ordered myself something and when I went to go pick it up I misplaced my keys I called and told them that the meal was already paid for and to give it to somebody else if they wanted to and the gentleman who I believe his name is John said oh no we will deliver it that was very nice of them to do and it was delicious on top of everything else so thank you post

Ever since they changed ownership, the service has been god awful. I️ had family visiting from out of state and I️ was excited to order from the Post (it is down the road for me and I️ always loved going when it was Pizza Post). My pizza came to the house ice cold. The pie was barely edible, and I️ had to apologize to my guests (who were so excited to try CT pizza).

I called the store and the person was extremely dismissive, they said they could make us a new pizza but they would have to come pick up the old one first. What was I️ supposed to do? Tell my guests to stare at the pizza in front of them while we wait for the delivery driver to exchange for a hot one? That was extremely unprofessional and offensive. They should know that they’re delivering old / cold food and not take it out on the customer.

I️n no way did I️ demand a refund or anything of the sort, so the way the person took the situation was extremely disheartening.

I️ DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE!

I forget if I already reviewed this place, but the pizza was so good the couple times I tried it. I’ve been craving it for months but it’s a bit of a drive for me so that’s why I don’t go more often. They offer a thick crust option for their pizza which I love, and every bite of the pepperoni thick crust pies I’ve had have been so enjoyable. I live in NYC and have access to awesome pizza, and The Post is up there with my NY favorites. It also has something about it that reminds me of the long gone Pizza Works on the Post Rd in downtown Fairfield, so I’m grateful that the flavor unintentionally provides a bit of nostalgia for me.The service has always been great too. Super friendly people and I get the impression they’re super accommodating. You can just tell by how they treat you.

My go-to lunch spot! The chicken cutlet is my favorite, but I've enjoyed every meal I've had here (been going since 2018).Cool new look too under the new management.

Service when picking up food is always great. All staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food to me is never what I expect. In the beginning it tasted greasy to me, but other times I was just confused, like in the photo attached to this review. Can someone please explain to me how a common size for a to-go container of sauteed broccoli not filling even half its volume is valued at $7.70???

Really good, locally produced gluten free pizza crust. Not just a mass store bought crust. Wife got the regular white pizza - loved it. I had the GF Hawaiian w hot cherry peppers and pepperoni. It was awesome. Owner was in, took a lot of pride in their store and was super nice. Best pizza in Connecticut?!?
