The staff at Playa Bowls is honestly awesome. Even when it’s super packed or they’re clearly having a long day, they still keep a good attitude, move fast, and make the bowls with care. They never let the stress show, and that really makes a difference. Props to them for always pushing through and keeping the vibe positive!

This is not the first time that I’ve been here and each time I’ve had the same experience. Unfortunately, sometimes you mess up your own order, right? That’s normal right? Sometimes you don’t mean to do something or they’ll offer you to do something and then you realize oh wait actually can I please do it this way? Long story short I just wanted a half-and-half Base instead of a full base. Of two different flavors after they mentioned that that was An option after I ordered it Literally like three minutes after I just asked, can I just change my Bass to half-and-half and they told me no they forcefully made me Keep my order and this is not the first time so if you mess your order up, you do not get a refund and you do not get your order changed

I really love a good Acai bowl, and this place has all the options one could want. The menu is vast and offers a lot. A little bit on the pricey side, but when it comes to health food in America, it's to be expected.

Ever since I tried the power bowl at Playa Bowls in Boston, I’ve been craving it, so I finally tried it here! I was not disappointed, the bowl was super delicious and very refreshing. Coming straight from a stressful exam made the experience even better 😋😋the location is also really spacious and well decorated! My friend also really enjoyed the Nutella bowl

There’s nothing more amazing then a male employee of an establishment not giving you a hard time for being a mom. This morning I went to pick up my Playabowl order and my baby fell asleep as we pulled up — I explained my dilemma to Christian over the phone and he was more than happy to run my order out to me. Believe it or not even when an establishment isn’t busy, they will give me a hard time for this.
I’ve had other instances of great customer service here but this is the one that stuck out to me!
Oh and that granola, the only brand I like. I’m very picky. I reluctantly ordered a bag today because no matter hard I try cheaper options, everything pales in comparison!
Best açaí bowl I’ve had in the US.
